Unfiled
Unfiled is a Mac text workbench that understands what you paste. Drop in JSON, logs, JWTs, YAML, Markdown, CSV and other developer text, and it automatically shows the tools and views that make sense for that content.
Made by Adir Zak.
Why it was made
The scratch tab that knows what you pasted
As a developer, I constantly had random text piling up throughout the day: API responses, logs, JSON, JWTs, configs, stack traces and temporary notes. I kept jumping between different websites and tools just to format, inspect or validate whatever I had copied.
I wanted one place where I could simply paste something and have the app understand what it is and show me the useful actions automatically, while also keeping all my scratch tabs around without having to save them manually. That became Unfiled.
