FramePin
Made by Oleksandr Pustovalov, for anyone whose screen recording explains too much too fast. It turns the recording into steps a viewer clicks through at their own pace.

Why it was made
A recording nobody can follow at their own pace
A screen recording plays straight through, whether or not the viewer is keeping up. FramePin takes that recording and lets its maker pin particular frames as steps, add titles, arrows, spotlights, zoom and blur, then publish the result as an interactive guide people stop and start themselves. The same project can also leave as an MP4, a PDF with one page per step, or annotated screenshots.
It is not a screen recorder; it expects a file from Loom, OBS, QuickTime, Zoom or another tool. Editing happens locally in Chrome on desktop, the original recording is not uploaded, and viewing statistics are counted without cookies.
