Keep the task and its notes together

Todo lists are just lists. It may show you the set priority, but does it show what is really important right now and how much time you need to invest with just a glance? Can I easily see what really matters most right now? Aevo does that with it's fresh take on tasks: a canvas with cards, where position and size is calculated based on the task meta: priority, estimated time, when you want to work on, when a real deadline is, how many times you postponed it etc.) Most important stuff is on the left and the size of any given card let's you see how much effort it needs with just a single glance.

Aevo also skips the whole plan your day approach. Why? Did you ever used a daily planner, planned all your stuff in between the meetings just to find out at the end of the day that meeting 1 got postponed, meeting 2 took longer and something unexpected came in between? So in the end you did only half of the things you planned? That is normal: the more you plan, the more a plan can diverge. So why bother with the time to plan? Aevo divides meetings and things to do: it shows both but disconnected. Just start with the most important task. If you wanna know, what might(!) fit in the day, just toggle the button and get doable tasks marked based on your calendar.

Aaaaand there is still more: wanna have layers of tasks? Like subtasks or projects? Or even more? or nothing at all? You decide - for each task. Every task can have sub-items like tasks, notes, links or even files. And every sub-item can have sub-items on their one. Layer as deep as you like... or don't - you choose.

Aevo offers integration to calendars via CalDav and M365 as well as an integration to e-mails via IMAP and M365 as well. And more is to come
