Localdock
Dmytro kept losing track of ports while running several coding agents. Localdock gives each development project an address that stays put.
Made by Dmytro Virych.
Why it was made
A name for each local project
Localdock is a macOS menu-bar app that gives development servers names such as dashboard.localhost. The address follows the project when its port changes or the server restarts, so the bookmark still takes you to the right place.
A project can also be opened on another device over Wi-Fi or shared through a temporary public HTTPS link. That helps with checking a site on a phone or showing work to someone else. It runs on macOS 14 or later and costs $15 once for one device.
